In 2023 the Social Ministry Committee stared a new Community Service Project known as Blessing Boxes. Working with the six local schools (2-elementary, 2 middle, and 2-high) for our church and Social Services, members collected items to fill a large box with non perishable food and a box of general household necessities. We also included loaves of bread and dozens of eggs. These were distributed to families suggested by the schools and Social Services on the last day before Christmas Break. It was a huge success! We served 145 individuals from 35 families!
